Inlet boundary condition problem
1 Attachment(s)
I'm working on an simple 2D simulation of a fluid flow over an airfoil, just to get started with FLUENT and ICEM CFD. I've created a hexa mesh in ICEM following the tutorial of Simon Pereira, which is posted on youtube (thank you Simon :D). ICEM warns me that I have single edges after checking the unstructured mesh but that isn't a problem in a 2D planer mesh as far as I know. When setting up the problem in FLUENT I've noticed that the arc, that represents the inlet, is actually listed as a wall and joined with the the lines that are representing a wall.
When I look up the family boundary conditions in ICEM the wall is properly defined (seen on the posted picture). FLUENT still defines both walls + inlet as a single wall.
Can anyone help me on this problem?

Back to ICEM and re-associate everything.
