geometry "fluid volume' setup for simulation
 

I have used CATIA to create a nozzle whose shape equations I know.
This was then imported into ANSYS geometry.
Before Meshing, I need to define a "fluid volume" in the interior of the nozzle for Ansys.
HOW CAN I DO THIS ?

I am a novice to ansys and catia. Thanks in advance.
