Hello buddies

Does anybody know if there is any reference in which one can find the detail of mechanical properties of viscoelastic materials, mainly their viscosity and elasticity properties and say, which one is more dominant; viscosity or elasticity,
e.g. if it is possible to consider a viscoelastic material just as viscous material if their viscosity dominate elasticity

Thank you for your kind help in advance
Hamid
