How to pre-Fill a body with water before starting the calculation

Hi, I'm trying to fill a single-phased body with water before starting the calculation using ANSYS FLUENT 18.
is there any way to achieve this setup? |

Set your material properties to water and initialize, make sure water is selected under "cell zone conditions", and initialize.
