I am struggling in decomposing the impeller region...any idea?

extrude the inner cylinder (surrounding the impeller), and split the volume with extruded surface.
The outer volume (not the one with impellers) should be meshable with hexa.
Then the inner volume may be decomposed in quarters
etc...
