Help with pressure drop calculation

I am a new FLUENT user, pls could any one in the house tell me the steps to calculate pressure drop upstream and downstream of venturi meter.

-surface integrals (area weighted) of total pressure on your inlet
-surface integrals (area weighted) of total pressure on your outlet >> drop pressure is the difference between the first and the second
