air core modelling using fluent

HI
I am doing project on simulaton of particle separation in a hydrocyclone,i also have to predict the air core in hydrocyclone ,i am using Eulerian multiphase model and for turbulence i am using standard k-e model in initialization i m giving .2 value in volume fraction of air,my problem is that the air core is not forming plz tell how can the air core can be formed.

VOF is pertinent for your application.

i have used vof still results are not good the air core shld have mass fraction of air =1 at the centre but i m getting only .1 ,i hav used rsm for turbulence plz tell me the solution of my problem.
