Default Getting two surface meshes for some reason

I am getting what seems to be 2 surface meshes that are layered on top of one another an I don't know what is causing it. I am meshing an inverted A-18 airfoil in ground effect using ANSYS 2019 R2 under the "Watertight Geometry" workflow tab in Fluent Meshing.
