ansys 13 wb modeler error

Hi, i'm Ansys 13 user, and i've installed it with no problems, license works.
i drag-drop the fluent workbench, and there is no problem, 1st time i open the geometry, it still works, but after i continue to meshing modeler, it became error, and it says : "AnsysWBU.exe encountered a problem. a diagnostic file has bla..bla..bla.."

i don't know what the proble is and why is it happening..
please.. someone help me.. (thx before..)

Use licensed version, you are using pirated

hmm, well don't worry, i wont use it to sell any product, i just wanted to tryit. when i plan to make money using it, then i will buy it..

hmm, but, how'd you know that i'm using pirated version?
is there any way to fix it?? thx before..

Format your pc...

this is the only way to reinstall ansys13
