hi guys,

ive tried for more than three weeks to solve the problem, but up up to now i couldnt solve the problem. Maybe one of you can help me or give me a hint.

I use interfaces because i dont have at some parts non-conformal meshes. My geometrie a metal sieve is very small. (some mm). When i dont scale the geometrie to its origninal size, there are no problem, but when i scale it by the factor 0.001 everything screws up.

The problem: both boundaries used in the interface have after scalation a certain delta. So fluent creates at some region a wall. But when i read the same case in TGrid the delta between both boundaries are gone. This is very strange, and i dont know how to handle the problem.

Hope, that some give me a hand or expierenced the same.
