Error understanding

Hi. I am getting following error when my DPM model run after 20 flow iterations.
Can anyone help me to understand this error and how to avoid it.

Error:
FLUENT received fatal signal (STACK_OVERFLOW)
1. Note exact events leading to error.
2. Save case/data under new name.
3. Exit program and restart to continue.
4. Report error to your distributor.

Hi,
Check whether you have enough memory in a location where you are running fluent or enough RAM memory.

Thanx Amir for replying.

Currently Fluent is installed on C drive where 56 GB is free. I have 3 GB RAM. When i run my case then i noticed that my ram utilization does not go above 500 MB.

I have dual core process with 2.0 GHz each processor.

I m doing coal gasification modeling using finite rate modeling with DPM. Is there any problem with my case setup causing that STACK_OVERFLOW error?
At lower mesh size (less than 2000 cells) that problem is not there but then i m not getting converged solution till 50000 iterations.
Kindly give some suggestion.

Hi,
I meant the location where your case and data files are in, not the installation path.

Thnx but still problem

Dear Sir Amir
My case and data files are in F drive where almost 40 GB is free.
Moreover i have tried to solve my problem at various other computers with different specifications but for this particular case same error appeared at all computers too. Further if i changed my case with Non-pre mixed model and DPM then there is no any issue and problem is converged.

I think there is some problem associated with DPM iterations to Reactions (i have set 9 hetro and homogeneous reactions).

Thanx for giving me time. Hope you will say more on my problem.
Regards
