Fluent Errors during Turbomachinery Analysis

We have been trying to use FLUENT 6.3.26 to perform analysis on the turbine stage using the mixing-plane model. We have around 1 million tetrahedral elements with permissible skewness. Our setup is similar to the one in the following tutorial:
http://hpce.iitm.ac.in/website/Manua...f/tg/tut10.pdf
We have a stator blade in front of a rotor blade enclosed in the flow path.
When we run it using a pressure-based solver, with appropriate conditions for inlet pressure and velocity as per our calculations, we receive the following error after about 3 iterations:
Divergence detected in AMG Solver:TEMPERATURE

On using the density-based explicit solver, the same error comes after around 20 iterations.
On using the density-based implicit solver, we get the following error.
Warning: ST_Malloc: out of memory.malloc_storage: unable to malloc Z Velocity wo, size 5491224, t 2, myid 1000000.

Warning: ST_Malloc: out of memory.malloc_storage: unable to malloc Z Velocity wv, size 5491224, t 2, myid 1000000.

Warning: ST_Malloc: out of memory.malloc_storage: unable to malloc Temperature wo, size 5491224, t 2, myid 1000000.

Warning: ST_Malloc: out of memory.malloc_storage: unable to malloc Temperature wv, size 5491224, t 2, myid 1000000.

Error:
FLUENT received fatal signal (ACCESS_VIOLATION)
