N2O phase change and decomposition

Hey guys, I pretty new to the chemical side of CDF, but I'm going to try to model N20 in a simple rayleigh tube where it enters as liquid N2O and gets heated up changes to a gas phase and possibly decomposes.

I'm mostly after the heat transfer properties as the N2O is used for cooling purposes.

What would be the most applicable model to use in Fluent? DPM and/or species transport?
