I want to measure pressure drop in a diffuser. What should I define boundary conditions in FLUENT?
Thanks |

First off a diffuser works against an adverse pressure gradient i.e static pressure rise. There might be a pressure LOSS through the diffuser but definitely not a pressure drop.
The common BC's for a diffuser are mass flow inlet and pressure outlet. Depends on what information is available to you. |
