Turbo Boundary Conditions

Hi,
I am new at turbo modeling in fluent. I need to model a 3D rotor blade, I did everything correct except boundary conditions. I do not know which zone or surface should be rotating and I do not know how to choose between relative and absolute. fluid: rotating/stationary/absolute/relative? blade:rotating/stationary/absolute/relative? hub:rotating/stationary/absolute/relative? Shroud:rotating/stationary/absolute/relative?? can anybody give me a little help? thanks |

Hi
fluid:relative and in rotational reference and specify the rpm. blade:stationary hub:stationary Shroud:stationary this will give you result you want. |
