Default Simulating cornstarch water using power's law model

Hi

I want simulate cornstarch water using power's law model.

Does anybody know the values of the following variables from power's law:

K = Consistency index
n = shear thickening fluid constant

Also

Does Fluent automatically calculate shear rate? or is it an input also?
