high CPU load with no computation going on & Pressure coefficient output problem

Hi, everyone. I'm new to Fluent. On my 4-core, 8-thread machine Fluent somehow uses the same CPU resources regardless of its state (computing or idling). I noticed this when once, after computation has converged, I checked Window's task manager and found to my surprise that 8 Fluent processes were still very much there and took all my CPU. Is this...normal? What CPU resource could Fluent possibly need when it's idling??

Another, seperate, problem with output data:
After calculating an inviscid, incompressible solution on an aircraft 3D flow field, I checked out Fluent's built-in display tool and was again suprised: instead of being on the order of -5.0~+5.0 that I expected to see, pressure coefficient spans the incredible range of -2500~+3500. I checked static pressure and found it spans from -2200~+1800. While the later could be "gauge pressure", how could the calculation of Cp be wrong?
