running FLUENT on cluster problem

Hi, I am running fluent on the linux cluster, but it shows me "unable to determine machine architecture" and "set the environment variable FLUENT_ARCH and try again"

does anyone have met such problems? what is the reason of this problem and how to solve it?

Just try to install linux mint and run fluent.
