Hi there, I am just wondering if you have same bug, in manual it is written but in Fluent it is not available. I am looking for Text command adpat/mark-inout-rectangle.

Hi, yes. Thru GUI It is possible to mark cells by rectangle, but text comand does not know command mark-inout-rectangle. It is missing from the list there.
