moving body!!
 
Hello guys,

I wanna simulate a moving body in a fluid. But how can i simulate it? the body should move in the fluid!!

please help me...

as far as i know u cant simulate two-phase flow, the you go is a molecular dynamics package.. but i have no idea where to have it.. once u have let me know pls

Hi Mojtaba!

If it is possible, it is better to keep the body fixed and let the flow to move over the body. I think it is possible for all kind of steady state flows.
If you have an unsteady flow with varying computational domain, you should use the DYNAMIC MESH approach.

Hi mahdi, thanks for your answer. I know this But i wanna simulate a unsteady move of a body in a fluid in 2D case same as a motion of boat in water.!!
