Grid Refinement Study - How many cells necessary for accurate results?

Hey, I'm modeling the burning of leaves and need help determining the number of grids necessary for accurate results. In my model, I have assumed axisymmetric conditions along the x-axis so that the leaf appears to be solid circle. The burner is on the left, and I have udf's to model emissivity of the leaf as it burns.

About the grid. I've constructed the grid in gambit. For the leaf, there's 5 grid cells for thickness of the leaf and 77 grids across the surface to make 385 cells in the leaf interior. The surrounding gas phase is 1574 grid cells. Also, the time step I've used in fluent is .05s.

Any input or suggestions on how accurate this model is would be great.
