Problem with create a interface

Hi friends, this is my firt time here, well my problem is I'm trying to simulate the convective heat transfer of a MiniCanal, but i am trying of many forms to crate theinterfce but it results bada all my option because the fluid don't show any heat transfer, i upload the picture of my project for any help, thanks anyway.

there must be something wrong with your case putup in fluent.

Do you put up the heat transfer at the walls of the surface where you want the heat transfer to be taken place.

Check your case properly
