Default deforming mesh with adjusted edge length

hi friends i am trying to use a dynamic mesh for a rotating oscilating wall (for 2D model (see figure). i have two deforming edges and one non deforming (triangular domaine) i need to move the two edges and in the same time adjust (decrease) the legth of the edges ..can you help me using dynamic mesh for that problem.
