moving zone in CSTR

Dear everyone

hi

I have designed a 3D cstr in gambit and then read the msh file in fluent.

as there is an impeller in the CSTR, i have defined a moving zone around the impeller. so there are different FLUID ZONEs, one for the tank and the other for moving zone, and a SOLID ZONE assigned as impeller.

but when I run the case in Fluent, there is no effect of rotating moving zone on tank. you can look at;

what should i do?

thanks in advance for answers.

Have you seperated the two vloumes (mixer and tank) by subracting? you should subtract the mixer(retain) from tank.
