in low speed external flow modeling, how to choose specification method in inlet and outlet,, how to choose turbulence level, viscosity ratio??

i mean what are the reasonable values for these quantities ??

Santos-Dumont is on a distinguished road
For incompressible flows use Velocity Intel/Pressure Outlet
For compressible flows use Pressure Far Field

Because your flow is external I would choose Spalart-Allmaras.
