I am studying drying of foods.I want to do it by Fluent.But i cant specify moisture ratio of food.I think udf (user defined function) program is needed to solve.And i need udf as on input parameter.Are there anyone to help me in this subject.I am a Msc.Student.I have no enough time to finish my work .Please help me.
