Im gonna solve for the flow over a NACA0012
I've meshed with ICEM but cant get convergence

can anybody help me?

Try

1. pressure based coupled solver
2. transition model - SST gamma theta
3. Unsteady formulation.

First try first two options in combination and still you don't get the convergence then change to unsteady method.
