Should I use Multiphase mode or Species transport??

Hi guys,
What I am trying to do is to simulation different ways for mixing saline (salt water) and water in a cylindrical container. The possible ways are rolling, spinning, shaking etc. I did several simulations with multiphase mixture model, which defined water as primary phase and saline as secondary phase.

But someone told me I should use species transport to simulate this, since saline and water are not two discrete phases. Also, the result from species transport should be more reliable.

So which model should I use?:confused:

Thanks

Definitely species transport.
Multiphase models are for discrete/inhomogeneous phases
