Meshed a straight wing in rectangular prism volume.
Specified the faces and boundary types in Gambit.
When loaded into fluent, it shows that it skipped all the boundaries, so that 'Define Boundary Condition' options in Fluent doesn't show any faces, just the fluid volume and a wall.

Are you sure you exported the mesh in Gambit after assigning the boundaries, not before? I've sometimes done that

Figured it out! I had constructed an outer elliptical cylinder over the wing with the same height as the span, so there was some discrepancy with the wing's end faces and the cylinders faces.
The problem vanished once I had increased the cylinder height, providing clearance between the wing and the outer cylinder
