Combustion due to heating of shock wave

I am trying to simulate the combustion of a bubble in shock tube using fluent. I would like to know which turbulence models to be used and also if premixed combustion option or non premixed combustion option is to be used.

can someone please tell me if species transport is enough to model shock initiated combustion or should i use the options pre-mixed combustion or non-premixed combustion etc etc in the models option.

Please its very urgent and im confused so any help will be greatly appreciated.
