counter current spray drying
 
i want to simulate counter current spray drying. In the model air is entering from the bottom side and milk is injected from top. so i have two outlets one for spray dried particles(at the bottom) and other for air(at the top). i want to know how i can tell fluent that which outlet is whose.

Why do you need to specify that? In fact I don't think it's possible because there's a chance that a small fraction of both phases with exit together. :confused:
