i have a fx-4170 cpu,but its original fan produce a lot amount of noise, especially at high speeds in parallel.
I want to change its fan. Please introduce me a good model with high cooling to buy(moderate price). Thanks.

Aim for an air cooler that is rated to 130-150W. Examples:

Hi Bruno
I asked everywhere.not only these models aren't available here(maybe due to embargo) but also no suitable model was in stores.two models they showed me for AMD that I think surely original fan is better than them! at last I only bought a little box of thermal grease they name silicone for 2$!and left home! tomorrow I test it for 4 threads.I rubbed a narrow layer to both Cpu and heat sink and installed it,right?!

no it wasn't due to thermal grease.
like before(after trouble!) when I use 4 thread(or even 2 threads) in paralleling it becomes so hot and reaches t0 85 degree and turns off.or even I do another thing during run like reconstructPar to see case in paraView it turns off.

Greetings to all!
@Ehsan: Honestly, I believe the best solution is for you to take the computer tower to the shop where you bought it and ask for support in fixing this issue. If the costs are similar to here in Portugal, the support time should cost around the same as a new fan. My deduction is that all of the stuff you've put onto the surfaces of the CPU and heatsink, has made them too dirty, making it complicated for the real thermal grease to work properly, since at least one of both sides have a bad heat conduction due to the dirty surfaces. Another possibility is that you might have overclocked the CPU in the BIOS, without knowing. Yet another possibility is that the electrical problem you had the other day, might have damaged the motherboard or power supply, leading to some uncontrolled voltage or amperage values in the motherboard or could have damaged the electrical sensors that dynamically regulate these values. To attempt at still being able to use the PC, in theory, you should be able to force the CPU to work at the lowest frequency, directly from Ubuntu/Gnome. This can be done by using the "CPU Frequency Scaling Monitor" applet that can be used in Gnome 3 classic: https://help.gnome.org/users/cpufreq...uction.html.en By forcing the CPU to work at a lower frequency, you should be able to avoid reaching temperatures as high as 85ºC, but it possibly will still go as high as 70ºC, due to the cooling problems. Good luck! Bruno
