Default slowing down the run speed

Hi
sometimes I see running has got slow down in iterations and when I stop it and start again it gets more rapid like it was before,why it slows down while only browsers are open and working not anything else?does CPU has got some issues?

Hi
it was because of Chrom browser when it is hanging consumes a lot of CPU process space and when works correctly there is no problem.
