Advice on technical requirements for the HP Z840 Workstation for numerical Simulation

Advice on technical requirements for the HP Z840 Workstation for numerical Simulation in OpenFOAM.

Hello friends.

Anyone of you could help me configure a workstation to make your purchase. I perform simulations with OpenFOAM with Ubuntu Linux operating system. The simulations are oriented flows in rivers.
What specifications should I look for?
To choose a suitable processor which reduces the computation time, is it necessary to have an Intel® Xeon® E5-2699 v3 (2.3 GHz, 45 MB cache, 18 cores, Intel vPro processor or lowest? Processor type graphics card should I use ?. How much storage memory should have ?.
Something else that should be considered?
Please any information please write.

What is the expected mesh count?
What flow physics model are involved in the simulation?

The number of elements are more than 4 million cells and flow that simulates a free surface flow. Mass transfer and transport of sediments near the spur or groynes was observed. It is a scale model of a meandering river. An LES model or DES was made.
