Default 64 bit or virtualisation enabled processor

IT gurus I need your help. I have an asus P5KPL-VM socket 775 motherboard.
Intel pentium dual core E5200 @2.50hz
4 gig DDR2 ram
Now my problem is that this pc has 32 bit architecture and I want to ask if its possible to upgrade this pc to 64 bit architecture or to modefy it to a level where it can support virtualisation.Can you please tell me what I need to do to achieve this ,that is if its possible.intend to use this pc as my lab for studying windows server 2012 which only run on 64 bit.please help and forgive me if I have provided background info I m not that tech savvy TIA

Yes, That CPU has 64 bit instructions:

Here is a guy with your hardware, who is running Windows server 2012:

Just install the Windows server 2012 operating system on your machine.
