My Workstation heats up pretty fast

Hello.
I have a Xeon 1650 v1 (Hexa Core 3.2GHz)
12 GB RAM DDR3
GTX 1060 3GB
It's a refurbished Dell Optiplex T3600.

Today I have played Battlefield 1 for example, it runs smoothly but my system heats up fast. Also make sounds like It's about to fly from the ground.
CPU goes above 60 in minutes. Even the tower case gets warm.

Is this normal? I'm no computer expert, but wouldn't a system like this be able to handle the game at least for 2-3 hours without doing like this>?

Thanks?

Do you mean 60 like in 60 degrees Celsius? That is not too hot for a CPU.
As a non-expert, you can try to change the cooling preset in the BIOS to a less annoying setting. But these PCs are not designed to run particularly cool or silent.

It appears you have a cooling problem.
From my point of view, the fan you have either for the processor or for the case is not removing the heat generated.

I have a Dell T5810 with a Xeon 2630v3 and it's extremly silent. Many times, I don't know if it is on or off when working with it. No sound at all.
