Where I should begin?

I'd like to start studying coding. But still don't know where I should start.
I'm interested in creating web-pages for example...

Ummmm...... creating webpages is not the same as coding, unless you are talking about dealing with the backend. Search for 'Web development', should point you close to the right direction.

On second thought, you know what this site is for, right???

you might want to have a look at http://www.edx.org they have lots of online courses about computer languages, computer science and web programming. The courses are generally free but if you want to get an optional certificate, there's a fee to pay for that.

Your choice depends on what you want to do, like general purpose programming or something more specific like mobile apps or web.
