Well i am not an individual with flow dynamics background or study (im a Bsc in genetics actually) and ive found installing and understanding open foam daunting.
Well you may ask why would i need to use it, well its for a hobby actually, im one of the creators of a con world project (creative commons license) and i wanted to simulate the ocean and wind flows of our planet in a rough but realistic way at least. i dont know if its too much to ask but if some one could assist me in this ill be very grateful (i can provide heighfield maps or 3ds relief models). thank you for your time the con world is : http://worldofgotha.com/bbforum/portal.php |

Hehe, don't discourage him. When he gets it to work on a PC or a small workstation, I will employ him immediately! Because he then might be able to simulate a wind turbine with hm, let's say 2 to 3 cells and a whole windpark with maybe 20. That would save me a lot of time
