Y+ ranges for Turbulence models

This is an age-old question, but I'll ask again:

What are the appropriate Y+ value ranges for the various Turbulence models available to a CFD user? Is there a reference/paper/documentation or a simple table that gives a list of turbulence models and the corresponding Y+ value ranges that the models are applicable for?

Thanks, Han Toss
