I am modelling the unsteady evacuation of a vessel (in Fluent) by a rotary vacuum pump, hence I require a constant volumetric flow rate boundary condition for the vessel. Is it possible to model this? Using a mass source (well, a mass sink I suppose!) doesn't seem appropriate to me, because the density of the gas changes with time. Any advice appreciated!
