How "turbulent" is a flow

Dear all,
I am evaluating several cases using RSM, but i want to compare all theses cases and define which case has more turbulucen than others.
I am not sure about it, beacuase it is the first time I use RSM model. I know if I were using a eddy viscocity model such as: K-E, K-W amng others, I would be able to stablish the degree of turbulence just pltong the eddy viscocisity, but in this case I am using a Reynold Stress Model.
As a results, I am not sure if ploting the eddy viscosity I can evaluate how turubulent is this flow when I am using a RSM.
Thanks
