Hi All.
We are putting together a research code that uses an RC approach for thermal, which thermal then links in with both flow network results and CFD. One thing that we would like to be able to do is import an FEM mesh (through something like a bdf file) and create an RC network approach for this (basically a node network where we know the mass of each element and the conductance between all the neighboring elements). We have some information on how to do this, but feel we are reinventing the wheel. Does anyone know of any source or API that may exist that already does this? Thanks in advance, |
