Simulation of air bubble in water column with obstacles

Hello. Is it possible to simulate air bubble dynamics in water column with obstacles (example attached to this post), using Lattice Boltzmann Method or Smoothed-particle hydrodynamics. Maybe there are some articles about this problem or source codes?
