How do you propose paying the royalties to the author?

Many people do not know the meaning of the word copyrighted.

It is easy to tell about copyright when you are paid in dollars (Pounds and Euros) and live in countries like U.S, U.K. and others. Try to buy a book or article in a third world's country.

come on... knowledge market?! We should share our knowledge instead of selling it, like here in this forum. The mankind would thank us and we probably would accelerate our knowledge.

Write to Prof. Webb directly & plead poverty... Who knows, he may be in a kind mood & help you towards your need... He is a nice guy...
