After a critical period with decreased timestep dt I restart KIVA and introduce (again) a bigger dt in the routine taperd. However, in some cases the velocity of the piston increases proportionally too, and the piston doesn't stop at bdc but goes further. Is there a more corect way to restart it with an increased dt, or to introduce a new time step?
