Default Damping computation of a sloshing liquid

Hello,

I am simulating damping behaviour of a sloshing liquid in Flow-3d. In order to determine the damping coefficient I need to find the successive peaks of the oscillation until they die out. Does anyone know of a software which is able to do that?
