relation b/n Kolomogorov scale and Taylor scale
 

Hi Friends, I want to know the relation between the Kolmogorov scale and Taylor microscale, in Pope book page number 200, he has given as T.scale =sqrt(10)*(kolm)**2/3*(L)**1/3 may i know how he got this, how he got root 10 etc,, if some body knows any good reference on these scales please let me know thankyou
