Question problem about slip in microchannels

Hello dear friends I want to simulate a microchannel and I want to put slip flow for it but I don’t know how much i should set in specified shear?
How can I put adhesion for it ?there is a phase in microchannel

Hi Ammm,
A suggestion:
it would be better if you specify your question more clearly, especially as to what CFD package you are using. You may get more replies from people working in that area!!
