Doubt about Taylor microscale
Hi friends, in Tennekes and Lumely, book, page 68, they are given as Taylor microscale is not representative dissipation because it is derived by using velocity scales.. is this statement is right? he is speaking this statement with reference to velocity field, if i want to calculate Taylor microscale for scalar field , i have to used scalar correalation function right , in this case what is the meaning of above statement thankyou for your attention
