hexahedral vs. tetrahedral cells

Maybe my other post ("Cell type litterature") had a uninteresting subject and did not get read. I'll try once more.

I am seeking references on litterature (books, articles, technical notes etc.) on cell type (tet, hex, poly) and their application, advantages and disadvantages from a numerically point of view. Any references to litterature discussing the cell type and its quality with reference to convergence and accuracy is of interest.

There is a sister site on grid generation and it has a lot of articles on grid generation.Have a look at it .

I have seen it. But unless I have overlooked something it is for grid generation only and not adressing the issues of grid type, density and quality with respect to the numerical result obtained as a CFD end-user.
